RETURN POLICY

All our garments are made to order. Once your order is placed, we do not offer exchanges, Refund or returns. However, if alterations are needed, we are happy to assist you. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order for any alteration requests. Applicable courier charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order cancellation requests for any reason. If we receive a cancellation notice before your order has been processed or approved, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount, minus any applicable bank charges. Once an order has been processed, cancellations will not be accepted.
